Cancellation Policy

Start of information on the cancellation policy for consumers:

Cancellation by express written statement
All customers may cancel the contract concluded within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the goods by sending a written statement of cancellation with no obligation to state reasons. It is sufficient if the statement of cancellation is sent within this period (the date of posting shall be decisive). In this case the customer shall be under an obligation to provably return the goods without delay. The return shipping costs (postage) shall be borne by the customer. If the goods have been used and/or are damaged, the customer shall pay the seller a reasonable fee for use, including reasonable compensation for the damage caused, up to the full value of the goods. Cancellation by merely returning the goods
The customer may exercise his/her right to cancel merely by provably returning the goods to the seller within fourteen (14) days after receipt without a written statement of cancellation. In this case, provable timely return shipping of the goods shall be sufficient for observing that period. The requirement this form of exercising the right to cancel by merely returning the goods shall be that the goods are not damaged or used, and that sufficient postage has been paid for the return shipping. The seller shall bear the costs for return shipping only if the delivery is incorrect or defective.

The risk for return shipping and evidence thereof shall be borne by the customer. In the case of cancellation by the customer (either by an express written statement or merely returning the goods) the seller shall immediately refund the customer the purchase price paid; shipping costs will not be refunded. In the case of orders on an open account basis the amount will be credited to the customer's account.

Information on the exclusion of the right to cancel

There shall be no right to cancel for goods which have been produced according to customer specifications or have been clearly tailored according to his/her personal requirements.

Information on returns
The methods listed in this section (“Information on returns”) are no requirement for effectively exercising the above-stated right to cancel.

Customers are kindly asked to contact the seller before returning the goods to inform him of the return. This will enable the seller to attribute the products as quickly as possible.

Customers are kindly asked to return the goods to the seller as a postage-paid package and to keep the posting slip.

Customers are kindly asked to avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Where possible, the goods should be returned to the seller in the original packing, including all accessories. If the customer no longer possesses the original packaging, other suitable packaging should be used to ensure sufficient protection against damage in transport and to avoid any claims for compensation due to damage as a result of defective packaging.
