1. Returns:

You can return/cancel your order within 14 days.

Would you like to return something?

Simply send us a message. You can do this by e-mail, fax or post. The only important thing is that you let us know within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please do not forget to include your order number so that we can resolve everything quickly for you.

2. Exchanges:

You can exchange your order within 14 days.

Contact us and enclose a message with your return. In this message, please state your order number and the details of your exchange request. This will enable us to process everything quickly for you, provided the desired item is available.

3. Conditions:

We only accept returns of items that are unworn, unused, unwashed and have not had the tags removed. Please ensure that the items you wish to return meet these requirements to ensure a smooth return process.

Please note that there is unfortunately no right of return or exchange for items that are individually manufactured according to your specifications or precisely tailored to your needs - including, for example, custom-made products or goods by the metre. We attach great importance to realising your special wishes precisely!

4. Refund:

Once the returned items have been inspected and accepted by us, we will arrange the refund. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
